Following the revised UK Government guidance announced on 4th January, Drayton Manor Hotel will remain closed. We will review as guidelines change and will update you on our reopening date as soon as we can.
The hotel is operating with a cover team on-site and general enquiries for hotel stays or meetings and events should be directed to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our dedicated team will respond to you as quickly as they can. In order for us to manage the process of contacting our guests effectively, phone lines for inbound calls will remain closed. For future hotel stays, bookings can be made online by visiting our website www.draytonmanor.co.uk
If you have a reservation between 11th January 25th March 2021, where no payment has been made, your booking will be automatically cancelled and you will receive e-mail confirmation of this.
For reservations where full or part payment has been made, there’s no need to contact us. Our team are fully focused on working through these reservations as quickly as possible and will make contact with you directly.
