Following the revised UK Government guidance announced on 31st October and continued uncertainty surrounding the hospitality industry, it is with great sadness that Drayton Manor Hotel will remain temporarily closed for the remainder of 2020.
The hotel is operating with a cover team on site and general enquiries relating to existing or future bookings for hotel stays or meetings and events should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com where a member of our dedicated team will respond to you as quickly as they can. In order for us to manage the process of contacting our guests effectively, phone lines for inbound calls will be closed during this period. For future hotel stays, bookings can be made online by visiting our website www.draytonmanor.co.uk
If you have a reservation between now and 31st December 2020, where no payment has been made, your booking will be automatically cancelled and you will receive e-mail confirmation of this.
For reservations where full or part payment has been made, there’s no need to contact us. Our team are fully focused on working through these reservations and quickly as they can and will make contact with you directly.
